It is a good idea to book your bike online at least a day in advance and we will bring it to a specific pickup point at the agreed time. You don't have to worry about anything or transport anything.

If you don't book your bike in advance and meet us in the field, you can always ask if we have a free bike with us just for you.

We offer attractive pickup points right under the forest (see booking system). Just show up, get on your bike and ride! For an additional fee, we can also deliver bikes to another location by arrangement.

The easiest way to pay for the rental is by card (or cash) when you pick up the bike. We will also hold the deposit for the bike directly on your card on site and release it immediately after you return the bike. We live in 2025, so we won't force you to carry a lot of cash with you.

To rent a bike, we will need to see your valid driver's license or passport.

Nothing is better than your own slippers, right? Of course, you can bring your own helmet that you feel most comfortable in. But if you don't have one, we will be happy to lend you a suitable helmet. Client safety is our absolute priority!

If any problem occurs during the rental period, call us at 0919 555 333, we will find a solution.

We bikers are tough and enjoy riding in all weathers. Of course, the most important thing for us is that you have a good experience too! We will not force you to ride in mud and bad weather.

If you have ordered a bike and the weather is not good, let us know as soon as possible and we will try to reschedule your rental.
