In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), we would like to inform you about

- the purposes for which we use personal data
- whether and to whom we provide it
- what rights you have regarding the processing of your personal data
- how you can exercise these rights with us

What personal data we process
- identification data (name and surname, company name if applicable, company ID, VAT ID, our customer-created ID)
- address and contact details (residential or office address, email address, telephone number)
Purposes for using personal data
- For processing rentals, orders, and claims
- For communication purposes with our users
- For marketing purposes
We do not provide your personal data to third parties.
Transfer of personal data to third countries
We process personal data in Slovakia, possibly within EU member states. We do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the EU.
Your rights concerning the processing of your personal data
Right of access to personal data
You have the right to access personal data concerning you as a so-called data subject. Further, you have the right to obtain confirmation from us whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and if so, you have the right to request a copy of such personal data.
Right to rectification of personal data
If you believe that the personal data we process about you are inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request us to correct or complete them.
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
You have the right to request that we erase your personal data without undue delay, under any of the following conditions:
- the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed
- you have withdrawn your consent on which the processing is based, and there is no other legal ground for processing
- you have objected to the processing and it turns out that there are no overriding legitimate grounds for us to process the data
- the personal data have been unlawfully processed
- the personal data must be erased to fulfill a legal obligation to which we are subject
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request a restriction on processing in any of the following cases:
- if you dispute the accuracy of the personal data (in such cases, it is recommended to use the right to rectification instead)
- the processing is unlawful, but you refuse the deletion of such personal data
- if you request it, we can continue to process selected personal data even after they are no longer needed for the purpose for which you provided them to us
- if you object to processing while it is not yet clear whether our legitimate interests override your interests
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and possibly the right to transfer this data to another entity, without hindrance from us.
You also have the right to request us to transfer your personal data to another entity acting as a personal data controller, if technically feasible.
Right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data
If you have given us consent to process personal data for purposes that require such consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
If you believe that we are processing your personal data unlawfully, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority. However, we would appreciate it if you address your grievances with us first.
How you can exercise your rights
You can exercise your personal data protection rights in writing or electronically
Please note that to verify your identity we will consider the request you have:
- sent by registered mail, or
- sent from an email address registered directly to your person.
We will respond to your requests, objections, and other submissions as quickly as possible, no later than one month from the receipt of your request or objection. We will inform you of the measures taken or the reasons why we have not been able to comply with your request or objection. If processing your request is particularly complex or we receive a large number of requests, we may extend this period by up to two months, about which we must inform you within the first month, including the reasons for the delay.
