It's best to book your bike online at least a day in advance so we can prepare everything according to your preferences. We primarily work on reservations, so with spontaneous visits without prior booking, we can't always guarantee the availability of a specific bike. If you decide at the last minute, you can always give us a call to check if we have a suitable bike available for you.

You can conveniently pick up your bike and start your cycling adventure right from our location. We're situated directly on a cycling path, in close proximity to vineyards and forests, simply [in a great spot]. Pickup address: Horská 1, Bratislava, at the “Bufet na dobrom mieste" premises.

For groups, events, and team-building activities, we offer tailored transport options and additional services.

You can easily pay for the bike rental with a card or in cash when picking up the bike. We will hold a refundable deposit for the bike directly on your payment card at the time of pickup, and the deposit will be released immediately upon the bike's return.

To rent a bike, we will need to see your valid ID or passport.

Nothing beats your own slippers, right? Of course, you can bring your own helmet that you feel most comfortable in. But if you don’t have one, we’ll gladly lend you a suitable helmet. Client safety is our absolute top priority!

We bikers are tough and love riding in any weather. But most importantly, we want you to have a great experience too! We won’t force you to ride through mud and bad weather.

If you’ve booked a bike and the weather doesn’t cooperate, please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll try to reschedule your rental.
